  • 2Total slides must not exceed 14–16.

    Allotted time is 6 minutes, followed by 2 minutes for Q&A.
    Total slot: 8 minutes — 6 min presentation + 2 min Q&A

Design Specifications
  • Poster must be in English only.
  • Poster number on the top left corner.
  • Title should be brief and match the submitted abstract.
  • List all authors with superscript Arabic numbers (¹, ²…) linked to institute affiliations and addresses.
  • Institution/university logo — upper left; first author's colour passport photo — upper right.
  • Use Arial font throughout — legible from 1.5 m distance.
  • Title and subheadings in bold. Avoid italics.
  • Use only 2–3 colours. Select backgrounds that contrast well with font colour; avoid bright, dark, or textured backgrounds.
  • Photos and figures: minimum 300 dpi resolution; limit to 4–6 photos.
  • No irrelevant images (cartoon characters, decorative graphics, etc.).
  • Case report photos must be standard quality for extra-oral, intra-oral, pre- and post-treatment photos.
  • Radiographs must be good quality with minimal distortion.
  • Data must use internationally accepted metric units.
